Biography

 Neda Kocare believes that her love for yoga is something that has followed her through many lifetimes. Born into a family of yogis, she was introduced to yoga from an early age, and at 15 she began a regular practice in San Diego, California, where she was living at the time.

After a decade of practicing yoga in the United States, Neda moved to Stockholm, Sweden. Unable to find a practice similar to the one she had followed for the previous 10 years, she discovered the Ashtanga Vinyasa method and began a self-led practice. This marked the beginning of a true transformation, and yoga became her path of deep self-exploration, love, and discipline.

She returned to Macedonia driven by a strong calling to reconnect with her roots—and stayed because of love. Not finding in Skopje what she had been practicing for years, she felt inspired to share all her accumulated knowledge and deep passion for yoga, and founded Inside Yoga—the first yoga studio and school in the country. She is also the founder of Vis Island Yoga on the island of Vis, Croatia.

So far, Neda has trained 9 generations of yoga teachers in Skopje and 6 generations in Vis, Croatia. Her students come from all over the world and currently teach yoga from Hong Kong to Zurich, from Skopje and London to Paris and Colorado.

With over 2,500 hours of formal training, Neda is a certified yoga therapist (IAYT-805) and an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500).

Neda teaches with both deep knowledge and great passion, guided by intuition and logic. She believes that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a journey inward—toward stability in movement, peace in the mind, and love in the heart.
